All of my paintings are hand sketched first on cold press, acid free environmentally friendly Strathmore Windpower Watercolor Paper. The sketches are then colored in with the finest watercolor paints using high quality brushes. All images are original.

My name is Julia and I am a Registered Nurse. I live happily with my husband and little boy in the Adirondack Mountains of New York.

I am a constant crafter and always have one or two projects going at any given moment. Sewing was my first love and I have enjoyed sharing my sewing patterns with the Etsy community at store that I share with my twin called Adirondack Patterns.

I've dabbled in watercolor painting over the years. Inspired by photos of myself and my boy as a wee one, I began painting images of little ones and captured moments between mothers and their babes. I have decided to open this store as a means of sharing my other forms of creativity aside from sewing.
