I am an IT Specialist with an urge to make things!

I hand-crochet all cowls and scarves myself! All cowls and scarves are my own design. I do not follow a pattern, although I do count stitches and rows so the same style cowls and scarves are consistent!

How DID you come up with that name?
I requested an adjective from a good friend, Bill, for my name "*something* owl designs." He's good with words... In return, I got a IM stating "afternoon?" and a URL to an Amazon.com website featuring his band, The Kingsbury Manx's EP "Afternoon Owls". I loved it and after all the other ideas I had gone over in my head... this was the perfect name. With the band's blessing, my profile name was born!
