It’s been a decade since I first opened my store, Akya. Etsy has offered me a wonderful platform and beautiful community of fellow crafters like myself. I have met incredible buyers who have supported my business–enabling it to thrive and keep going. I’ve loved every aspect of running my own business, reaching a global audience, and having friendly customers.
With COVID-19 affecting us all and calling us to reflect and change, I have decided to downsize my business. It was a difficult decision to come to, but after much thought I know it is the right one for me and my family. Despite the hardship created by COVID-19 , it has given me time to pursue my creative side.
I will still be here to supply for my repeat customers on demand . I thank you all so much for your support. Without it I would not have lasted a decade. Though it is a tough time for all of us– I know that we will all come out stronger.
