I love bicycles and I love sewing. On a typical day you will find sewing in my one person studio attached to our local community bike shop where I also volunteer as a mechanic. Sewing is a big part of what makes me feel connected to my community and the larger world. When someone brings me something as simple as a dog leash to repair I know that I am offering a needed skill. Anytime that I can make it more fun or practical for someone to hop on a bike and ride to the store or work, I know I am doing my part to create the world I wish to see in the future.
My bags are created with the notion that the things you use should free you, not hinder you. The hope is that your Anhaica bag will become part of you—whether you’re sitting down to a potluck dinner with your friends, strolling about town, or pedaling up a massive hill...
