Wanting to make a personal Christmas gift many, many years ago has evolved into my favorite pastime; creating unique, handcrafted, wearable art. I adore crafting jewelry that is fun, unique and that will become a "conversation piece" for the wearer! I believe that everyone can use a little sparkle in their day.

I have taught a variety of jewelry making classes for the last several years. It is great fun sharing my knowledge and letting people "learn by doing". I give my students shortcuts so they can get right to work on the type of jewelry creations they are interested in. I am inspired every class just by seeing how another person looks at the same materials and creates a whole different piece than what I would have imagined.

Favorite medium? That is kind of like asking what is your favorite food: one day I want ice cream or to use resin, the next day I want cake or to do metal work...what about Chinese food-that could be wire wrapping? Making jewelry in any form is just plain fun and I am always learning new things.

This is one blessed woman; I have been married 25 years to my best friend, (yes, we got married when I was a toddler, lol!) have 3 great kids and live in the beautiful state of Colorado! The views I get to see every day never cease to amaze me. I think my love of color is inspired by the amazing mountains, sunsets and foliage.
