I run a small alpaca/angora rabbit fiber ranch in the beautiful, wild and scenic foothills of Parkman, Wyoming. My ranch was started shortly after the birth of my daughter 7 years ago out of a desire to stay home with her. Before becoming a mom to my little angel, I was a public school teacher for 13 years, finished my masters degree, started work on a doctorate, was a college coach, moved to a reservation to teach, and was on the Olympic Development Program as an elite woman distance runner. I presently still run for the Brooks Shoes Inspire Daily Team. I feel blessed to now run my own alpaca/angora ranch here in the beautiful, wild and scenic foothills of the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. I can't imagine a better place to live nor way of life for my family and I than right here. Bald eagles greet me in the mornings along with my special pasture babies who provide all of the magnificent fiber for my creations…

I sheer each animal myself before spinning, felting, crocheting, and weaving their fibers into one of a kind creations.
