By day- I'm mama to a busy little boy, wife to a wacky artist, and grant-writer for two New Orleans non-profit arts organizations. By night- I'm Bluebird, stalker of fantastical visions and collector of brain bubbles.

I pull from the skills I learned while gettin' my BA in Studio Arts...in addition to all those wonderful crafy things I learned about in pre-school.

I grew up in the swamps of South Louisiana- their serene vulnerability continues to infiltrate my work. My family and I now spend our time between the swamps of South Louisiana, the mystical city of New Orleans, and the enchanted Giant Sequoia National Forest of California.

My creations (functional/wearable art, "wall" art, videos and sculpture) are inspired by nature, dreams and the subconscious mind. I collect treasures and hoard them neatly...
