I'm a New York native and recent import to Chicago where I spend my days working in a retro bakery and my evenings whipping up BON BONs that are so good, they're bad.
A pastry school graduate, I make all of my own caramels and sauces and use only the tastiest, fanciest ingredients.
I can often be found listening to The Cramps and drinking a root beer float - which I hope is reflected in my kitchy, retro flavors.
