One cold winter day a little black and white shih tzu (now known as
Charlie the Adorable) was rescued from a miserable existence. He was a
tangle of matted hair and fleas. His neck was raw from having been tied
up and having a collar that was too small. Charlie became the absolute
love of my life. He was so good and so grateful to have a warm loving
home but he did not want to wear a collar (and who could blame him).
We looked everywhere for a collar that would be comfortable for Charlie
but the dog collars available in the stores were stiff and uncomfortable
