About

I'm a struggling artist living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Raised with blue collar Midwest sensibilities, I never suspected that art could provide a living. Fortunately for me, I took my first drawing class my first year in college and was eventually recruited by their fledgling design program. A few production jobs later and I've finally landed a position that can combine illustration and design, both of which keep me happy. I can't say I've hit the big time, but I can at least say I enjoy my job.

Family has always come first for me. My wife brought me my biggest joy in life in the form of a son. Unfortunately with such joy came her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, which unbeknownst to us, had been chipping away at her for years. While she remains the same person I fell in love with, it has severely altered her career path.
