Alyson Eshelman and Caterpillar Dreams Studio
I have worked in fabrics since I was thirteen years old, making my own clothes. That began my love of fabrics. I received a B.S. degree in Art and Home Economics from Georgetown College,Georgetown, Kentucky. This combination seemed to enhance my fabric love affair. Working in the retail business as an accessories manager increased my desire to work with silks. I earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. My artwork has shown around the country in museums and galleries and I have won several awards.
Currently I am a stay at home mom with a set of five year twins who do all they can to keep me young.
