I had a beloved Clay Dog polar bear mug that I (aaaugh!) broke accidentally. I could not imagine drinking coffee in the morning without a bear mug, so I bought this grizzly. And if anything, I like it even more. Absolutely exquisite workmanship, somehow elegant and adorable at the same time. And perfect, perfect service. Thank you again, Janet!
