Hi there! My name is Danielle (some call me Daniellexo) and I've been drawing since I could hold a fat crayon in my hands. I'm the only child of a single mom, and had to learn early on to occupy myself, and drawing always took me into another world. It was something I could do for hours at a time, even as a little girl.

Jump forward to spending the summers with my grandmother who was always crafting up something fun. I was so enamored with her projects and we'd sit on on her bed, eating licorice all-sorts and craft little people out of plastic beads while watching Columbo. So obviously I'd grow up to have a major sweet tooth, take a goldsmithing course and be addicted to Law & Order.

I started selling on Etsy about 4 years ago (you can find my old shop here: preciouspups.etsy.com). I started selling glass dog tags which I thought were going to be a huge hit. Turns out people liked my etched sterling silver necklaces much more! So I focused my attention to jewelry for humans. I fell in love with the Etsy community after co-leading the Michigan Etsy Team and starting the Etsy Metal Team. When the opportunity to move to Brooklyn and work at Etsy HQ came up, I jumped at the chance. Thankfully, I got the job and have been working here since then (almost 3 years).
