I live in Escondido, California with my two dogs, Wiley and Scruffy. I currently work as a full time bookkeeper for a property management company and craft in my spare time.

Who would have thought that someone who got a D- in sewing in Junior High (and yes, I know I'm dating myself) would end up being addicted to sewing? I hated sewing so much after that class that I never wanted to see another sewing machine again. Wouldn't you know when I was 18 my sister bought me an old black Singer sewing machine for Christmas. Well you can imagine how thrilled I was with that. I stuck it in the closet and never gave it another thought until we moved to Arizona and I was so bored (no offense to anyone from Arizona, but there just wasn't as much to do there as there was in California at that time) that I bought some material to make some clothes and I was hooked. Now I have three sewing machines, a Pfaff, a Bernina and my old Singer in addition to one serger.

I love doing craft shows and when my mom was alive she went to all of them with me and even helped me by stuffing my dinosaurs. Now my sister, who has a shop on etsy called feelgoodphotoart, and I do craft shows together.

In addition to sewing, I love working on plastic canvas, especially the beaded ornaments.

I plan to continue sewing and selling at craft shows until my eyes or body, whichever comes first, gives out.
