SHIPPING

All items are carefully packaged to insure their safety upon arrival. Items are shipped using United States Postal Service. Most items will take a week or so to arrive within the continental United States. If, for some reason you have not received your item in the mail or it is damaged, PLEASE CONTACT me at amsel.amsel [!at] gmail.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue. PLEASE DO NOT leave negative feedback without contacting us first.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have any problem with an item, please contact us and we will do our best to sort out the matter. Remember, our items are genuine vintage therefore they may have slight signs of their age!! If an item has a drastic imperfection, it will be stated in the Description. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at amsel.amsel [!at] gmail.com within one week of receiving your item and we will work to resolve the issue.

If an item was damaged during shipping or inaccurately described, We will exchange it. However, you must send the item back using Priority Shipping with a delivery confirmation and tracking.

FEEDBACK

We are a new store and feedback is important to us. Once you have received your item, please leave positive feedback. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, please let us know before leaving negative feedback. We will do what is necessary to resolve the issue.
