Hello my name is Sarah.
I've been doing crafts of all description since I could hold a pair of scissors and glue stick.
As a child my mother did a needle point picture for me which the phrase has always stuck and applies to me....
"Creative clutter is better than idle neatness."
My life has been influenced by a mother who quilted, knitted, crocheted and made cards. She sent me swiftly off to sewing lessons as soon as I was old enough and my father had me in carpentry classes at age 6 and constantly out in the front drive helping him fix our car and whom is a talented carpenter himself.
Although I've never concentrated on one specific area, I love to dabble in anything from working with resin and insects to reconstruction/revamping clothing to paper lanterns.
