I think I really latched onto fiber arts when I was taking a class in paper making & bookmaking in college. I dreamed of more fibers and started spinning yarn. Crocheting amigurumi creatures came about because of the amigurumi contest that Etsy had a couple of years ago. Now I offer amigurumi creatures and patterns.

I write and illustrate children's and young adult books, hopefully I'll finish one soon. I also have a web comic called Minionitis about a school for gifted minions. My wonderful hubby and I live with our two cats, Jasper and Kitty, on a lake in Minnesota.
