Hello there!

Welcome to my Etsy store. I'm so glad you have stopped by.

My name is Evie.

To this day I carry a permanent indent on my index finger from hours spent clutching pencils while drawing as a child. During these years I spent equal time in both the city and the country. Currently I live in the city of Melbourne, Australia.

During the time I lived in the country (which was well before the wonders of the internet — yep, I'm that old) I had very limited access to the latest clothing stores and outside inspiration. I would dream up outfits to wear to the end of year school dances, and along with the help of my mum we'd create something individual, unique and handmade. It was during this time I also learned the basics of knitting, sewing and crocheting. Thus my romance with all things handmade begun.

With limited outlets for creativity for someone growing up in the country, I became comfortable spending time alone, letting my mind wander to an imaginary reality. And to this day I am still most happy when I'm letting hours drift by creating objects by hand. Everything you see in my store is dreamed up and handmade by me.
