About

Vintagology was created by a cradle to college Kentucky gal who was a teacher at a Catholic School, only to figure out her life needed some spice and huffed it out of KY to teach in a prison in Southern California. There she met the love of her life at a car wash (no, he didn’t work there) and then moved to Oregon where it reminds her of Kentucky.

My vintage store was created in honor of my great-grandmother, Hattie, who always wore pretty aprons, pearl earrings, and curlers even when using a garden shovel to kill a snake in her peonies. Hattie made her lemon meringue pies higher than the Eiffel Tower (and my personal favorite) the best strawberry cake and milkshakes. Gosh.... I sure do miss her!
