About

My journey with fabric started when I took a home economics class in high school. I started to make quilts and clothing and a stuffed animal or two. My work translated to the costume shop in college, and I spent most of my time when I wasn't in class working on alterations and creating costumes. After college I continued to design costumes for local community theater, altered gowns in a wedding boutique, and started to develop my love for art quilting.

I love following the wheel of the year and my wallhangings often reflect the changing of the seasons. Autumn is my favorite, as I was born on the equinox and the magic of fall holds a special place in my heart.
