I'm VP of Member Operations at Etsy. It's my job to support all the teams---Support, Forums, Teams, Seller Ed---who directly help the extraordinary Etsy Community. I pinch myself daily, because I get to work in Etsy's beautiful cannonball factory office in Hudson, NY, on behalf of my very favorite website and it's community.

I've been a small business owner for most of my working life---I've owned both an indie bookstore/cafe and a therapy/coaching practice--and I'm all about supporting small creative businesses and their owners. I believe in the ability of good business to change the world. My other interests include cooking, sewing, making large scale sculpture from (sadly) toxic materials like fiberglass, playing guitar (badly), and shopping for gorgeous Etsy stuff for my little girl, Georgia.
