Jeff Hulligan is a native of Cleveland, OH earning his BOFA in illustration at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Having grown up on a regular childhood intake of equal parts comic books and horror movies, he rolled them together with elements of modern art and graffiti to forge his own unique artistic voice.

Jeff's work typically employs abstract colors and washes and punctuates them with dark graphic line work and pop art elements utilizing a range of inks, markers, acrylics, spray paint as well as various other mixed media. Having sold his works all over the world, Jeff has established himself with his raw, striking works that showcases his dark and recognizable style.
