It also works great as a carry-on. I think I was the best looking traveler in the airport. As far as carrying on an airplane though, you have to be aware not to load it to full capacity, so it will fit in the overhead bin. I had no problem at all.

The handles are made of jute webbing which is extremely strong stuff that I also use in my upholstery work. I covered them partially with fabric to make them comfortable to hold, but left the edges showing because it looks great.

The fabric is quilted for added strength.

I took piano lessons as a girl, and I think I might've learned to do more than play by ear if I had been lucky enough to find a red piano to play on.

The print is reproduced from a painting by me, Emily Martin. It is printed in-house on lovely, smooth matte Epson paper. I experimented with many different papers before I settled on this one:

My prints are made using Epson Pigment Inks, which are tested and guaranteed not to fade for at least 120+ years.

Largest measures 15.5 inches square (Yellow/Pink Floral with deep scalloped edges), smallest measures 10 inches square (Embroidered Red Flowers with red scalloped edges). Hawaii hankie features the Hawaiian Island chain with major cities, hibiscis flowers, and ALOHA (has a tiny stain near center). Purple hankie is sheer with a dotted swiss border. Aloha from Hawaii....Cheerful greeting and map of the Islands highlight this lovely vintage hankie. The hankie measures 11" by 11 1/4", the fabric is a fine sheer cotton batiste. Very good condition, no stain, there is a tiny pin hole that you can see to the left of "Kahoolawe" on the second photo if you use the zoom feature, most likely from the original tag. Not printed, the map and writing are all done with fine thread and tiny stitches.

All of my hankies are gently laundered and pressed to determine condition unless otherwise mentioned, such as the case of an unused vintage hankie with original tag or label attached. I will always report any flaws that I found to you. I take pride in the condition of all of the vintage linens that I sell, and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please remember that these are vintage items, not new, and seldom are any vintage items perfect.
