I am originally from Hong Kong and now living in Altadena, California. I came here to be trained as sociologist, but also discovered my passion in knitting at the same time. The fact that I am making something with my hands helped relief a lot of my tension from thinking too much =)

I started this Etsy store to share some of the treasure found in my knitting adventure. I encountered a lot of commercial yarns in China when I was doing fieldwork research there for my dissertation. They are made by gorgeous high quality fibers, but very unconventional for many hand-knitters. That is why I want to share with other adventurous knitters like myself, who will appreciate this kind of unique pretty yarns. And subsidize my tiny grad student stipend at the same time =)

I understand your passion as a knitter in experimenting new yarns and the need for handy tools that are affordable. Therefore, I am bringing the best-value knitting tools, buttons and (occasionally) interesting yarns to share with you ,my fellow knitters.
