First I was afraid that there were problems at the customs as it took more than two weeks from sending confirmation until receipt here in Germany. Completely uncomplicated processing with Judy, also quick reply on a question mail. Perfect, thanks for the nice bracelet.

I will really impressed with both the service and the product. I had several queries about the product and my questions were answered incredibly quickly and helpfully.
