About

Ah, where to begin. Well, way back there was my ancestors village on the island of Ikaria Greece. Flash forward to my home of the last 5 years, Rochester NY. My dear friends finally pulled me into the interwebs to sell my specialty - what some call "greek gold". I hope you like it. I named my company after my aunt Kiki, who taught me how to make baklava when I was a wee lass visiting Detroit. It stuck. And I perfected the recipe over the years so that it has the perfect balance of salt/sweetness, chewy/crispiness. I love to make this layered treasure of baked goodness. it's ancient and special. Eat the clove!
