SHIPPING
Items are all in stock and normally shipped within 2-3 working days.
Shipping are --- via "Signed for" for U.K., and "International Signed for" for overseas.
They are trackable, but not insured. For the expensive items I recommend to use insured shipping which I can arrange. Please enquire me.

Returns,
I hope you LOVE my jewellery, but if unfortunately not satisfied, you may return it in ORIGINAL CONDITION (no damage, no alternation please!) within a week of receipt.
I shall refund the item but shipping and insurance are not refundable (Also shipping for return is at customer's cost.),when I received the returned item.
