P8 Button Art and Accessories is a one woman company specialized in fantastic button creations for you or your home. The buttons are arranged in an artistic & decorative way, not in a functional way. Such non-functional arrangements become functional when completed as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, coasters, etc. Both variation & repetition play a role in the arrangements.

The woman in question (called Peet in Dutch, pronouced as Peight or P8 in English) is fully obsessed with buttons and fabrics, and is more or less addicted to turn those items in beautiful and funky accessories. P8 was born and raised in Holland, and lives at the moment with husband and doggie in the North German countryside. She lived in a few other European countries and built up a colourful array of contacts worldwide, intensively maintained via Internet.

Although it is not her profession, P8 has always been crafting, very much inspired by ancient traditional folk costumes from all over the world, fabrics and buttons. Over the years a huge amount of buttons and fabrics have been collected, which are all designed and revamped into modern jewelry and accessories.
