About

hello, my name is kathryn rotondo, and i am a software developer who cannot stand the idea of a paperless world. my gocco screenprinted prints and notes often use victorian imagery to recall a time before email.

in college, i lived in france and wrote pages and pages to my friends back in the states. i loved the feeling of potential i would experience walking into a papeterie, imagining how those beautiful papers would bear witness to the stories i needed to tell. writing helped me decipher my waking life, the way others might decode their dreams. and it would bring happy anticipation of the stories i'd receive in return.
