Thank you for taking the time to view my work! I am a Visual Artist/Writer/Teacher from Rural Nova Scotia, Canada. I love creating my work from life both in and outside my studio. My works are accompanied with lyrical reflections written on site.

All my landscape work originates from plein air studies or small paintings completed on location.I am so lucky to live in a picturesque province that presents abundant subject matter. It is both the sensory and emotional experience of being on location that fuels my passion for my landscape work. I am attracted to quiet, contemplative or cheerful views in nature. There is a freedom that exists in nature that can only be experienced while on a solo visit.
