I live in LA near the Griffith Observatory and LA Zoo so I frequently find excuses to spend time outdoors with my husband - drawing, hiking, and enjoying the beauty of creation.

I’ve loved creating art since before I can remember. My mom told me I would be perfectly content in my high chair drawing away if she gave me crayons. As a kid my favorite books were beautifully illustrated stories, and the content was always secondary to the pictures. If the pictures were interesting I was transfixed.

I started selling my art professionally 10 yrs ago to teachers as illustrations for their class rooms. Since then I’ve gone on to create murals for Disney and do decorative painting in homes. I’m currently creating illustrations for children’s books. Animals and nature have always been curious sources of inspiration for me.
