I've been a Baker/Pastry Chef for 29 years!
You can never learn enough!

I moved here to Florida from Michigan...no more snow :)
Came down to visit family, and see if I could find a job :)
I was lucky enough, to find a job as the head pastry chef for the Florida Panther Stadium's Emerald Club...what a fun place to work!

I next went to the Hillsboro Club, which was a private club...loved it too!
Even got married there..oh happy days!!

My cookies actually started as a fluke in a local restaurant :)
Everyone loved them, so I continued making them.

I approached a Gift Basket shop in Hollywood, FL who started selling my cookies. Along with working the "real job" I tried pushing my baked goods!
I also work with a few caterers & party planners.

Like I said...I LOVE what I do!!!

I met a Florist in Nov. 2008 at the Solivita Fall Festival. She told me about Etsy....So that's how I'm able to share my sweets with you!

I'm licensed and insured in the state of Florida.
Plus, I'm trained and certified in food safety.

We are located in Dundee Florida, for those who would like to pick up!

We use the finest ingredients! NO PRESERVATIVES!
And our "Extracts" come from the Caribbean.
