I love creating things with my hands. I started working with clays back when I was about 5 years old and have continued working with it for over 30 years now. I've expanded from clays, to sewing, photography, bath and body stuff, you name it. I have to keep my hands and mind busy creating.

I have been doing the craft fair circuit in Hawaii back in 1993-1996 and then stopped to get my Master's degree. Back then, I was known as Midori's Miniatures. I also taught polymer clay classes at the local Ben Franklin several times. I moved to the mainland and stayed in the Bay Area of California for the last 10 years and have finally returned back to Hawaii and started up my artwork again. I have changed my business name to Midori Designs Hawaii to reflect on the different artwork I create.
