Custom orders take longer for me to fill. Keep in mind when ordering something
in a different color that it can take up to 7 to 14 days. It takes items time to dry/cure before shipping.
Shipping and processing time:
It may take me 1-7 days to get your order out depending on if I have to make it or have it on stock. I try to get orders out within this time period. I will send you an email with tracking information which will appear on your invoice on etsy. Look for a notification email for your tracking number.
International shipping can take 3 to 6 weeks to get to you.
I am not responsible for items getting held in customs.
I am also not responsible for an item that I ship internationally since there is no
way to track your item. USPS site states it can take up to 3 to 6 weeks for international shipping.

Specialty orders I do not offer refunds.
If I am making something special for you I can not resell it.
