I have been creating for as long as I can remember and decided to create a business out of it after being inspired by planning my wedding to my now husband, Matt, back in 2007.

After doing some professional work in the environmental science/geography fields and being a Research Analyst for Forecasting for a couple years after grad school, I’ve finally returned to my true passion for the arts.

I have designed and created exclusive pieces for BHLDN (Anthropologie's wedding line) and was recently commissioned by Ann Taylor to design and create handmade paper flowers for their window displays and accessory moments nationwide.

Random Factoid: Myra Callan or Myra Kim?? My legal name is Myra Callan, but I started Etsy when I was still a Miss Myra Kim, hence the “myrakim” username. Someday, I’ll likely make a new shop with a more logical name, but when will I find the time? ;)
Other Random Tidbits: I love my honey, Matt. I’ve long been obsessed with birds. I love to freestyle. I love anything mint colored, which includes the ice cream flavor. I usually work around the clock, 7 days a week and seeing that it’s late right now…. I’d better get back to work.
