Hi. I’m Naomi. Ever since I was a little girl I have loved paper. Found it, wrote on it, stashed it, hoarded it, collected it, you name it, I loved it! And I still do. For a lover of paper, what better career to have than being a graphic designer? Working in the printing industry, I use my trusty ol’ Mac to design all sorts of business-like things (brochures, magazines, menus, etc.).
Being an artistic-sort, at the end of the day I still needed something to express my own creativity. Stationery and cards just seemed a natural thing to design.
Oh, and since you asked...
I’ve been married to the love-of-my-life for more years than I wasn't! Every day he makes me laugh; every day he tells me he loves me; and every day he makes the bed (well, okay, maybe he doesn’t do that every day!). Wow, I’ve got it good!
I come from a family of eight children. I’m number five, smack dab in the middle of four boys. Even so, I’m not much of a Tom Boy, nor am I a girly-girl. I guess I’m somewhere in-between. My parents instilled good values in us as well as a love for our Creator. Wow, I’ve got it good!
With such a large family, you guessed it, I’ve got plenty of nieces and nephews. Thirty-six to be exact. When asked why we don’t have children, my husband says, “We just borrow ’em and give ’em back.” Lots of love! Wow, I’ve got it good!
Besides my faith, my family, and my friends, I love (in no particular order) baking, decorating, scrapbooking (digitally, of course), herb gardens, sleeping, pine trees, organizing, quotes, Target, Starbucks, iMovie, Photoshop, and chocolate. So many things to love. Wow, I’ve got it good!
