While awaiting the arrival of my first child this past year, my wife was reading plenty of books about what to expect while she was expecting. Wanting to be an involved dad, I skimmed through the books only to find that fathers only warranted a blurb in a chapter or two. Plus, the focus was on understanding what the mother -to-be would be going through. While that was helpful information to a point, I was left to wonder, “How will I survive this life change called fatherhood? “ After going through nine months of expecting and an intense natural child birth labor I had a vision. What if there was a place where dads could get relevant information and support around their experience of fatherhood?
