Original Watercolor Painting of Hummingbird Art "Calliope" is a charming little painting and would make a wonderful, affordable gift of original art for your bird lover or a lovely addition to your own collection. He is painted using artist's watercolors on 140lb paper. He measures 4 x 6 inches with a nice border for easy framing in a standard size frame.

My watercolor paintings are original, one-of-a-kind paintings. The single hand-painted cards are also one-of-a-kind. I will occasionally paint similar subjects, but I do not paint multiples of the same painting. The cards sets are prints of my original paintings, so please contact me if you would like to purchase more than one set.

I ship all of my cards and paintings in waterproof sleeves and stiff mailers, so that they arrive in the best condition.

Our wood toys are handmade out of poplar, sanded very smooth using up to 5 different sanding processes, and are finished with natural beeswax cream to seal the wood. Painted wood toys have a wash of AP certified non-toxic watercolor paint applied. We use a watercolor wash instead of completely coating them so you can still see the wood grain and for a more natural texture. All lines and details are wood burned so they'll never fade away. Edges are hand sanded to round them slightly and make them friendly for little hands. Each wooden toy is made from a different piece of poplar, so grain and slight color variation may occur. Our wooden toys are hand detailed and each has its own personality, but will look very close to the original. All of our designs are hand drawn so you won't find wooden toys like ours anywhere!

We are able to customize any of our handmade toys upon request. We can personalize them with wood burned names, initials or words. We can also paint custom colors or alter designs. Please contact us if you would like to customize or personalize our handmade toys and we will give you a quote.

Please contact us and we would be glad to increase the item quantity on any of our handmade toys if you would like to order multiples of the same toy, or we can make you a custom listing to purchase.

We ship our toys USPS first class. Average first class shipping time in the U.S. is 2-6 business days. Average first class shipping time outside the U.S. is 1-3 weeks. We take great care when packaging our handmade toys. Presentation is very important to us. We take the time to make the package opening experience great! Our wood toys are handmade with lots of love! They are perfect for imaginary play, learning, display, or for adding to your seasonal nature table toy collection. Our wood toys are also great for Montessori education or Waldorf education. We believe it's important for children to have high quality, natural, simple toys that they can dream, imagine and play with. Please do not give our smaller toys or painted toys to children who are still putting things in their mouths. Our paint is AP certified non-toxic and the wood is sealed, but there is a small chance that the watercolor paint may run when wet. Painted toys are not for use in water.

Sterling Silver Earrings with Turquoise and Wood - Petite, Handmade Autumn Inspired Leaves - Nature Inspired Jewelry by SilverandEarth

These earthy and petite sterling silver earrings were inspired by nature! I created the leaves by hand, by sawing the shapes out of sterling silver sheet. I hand stamped the vein pattern into the metal and also hammered it for additional texture. The silver was oxidized, buffed and polished to bring out the pattern’s detail. I added nuggets of turquoise and wood to complete the earthy, rustic look. The turquoise has a natural matrix pattern of brown running thru it……which blends well with the African wooden beads.

These earrings are light and comfortable to wear, and will make an earthy and organic statement.

They measure approx. 2-1/2” in length and just a little under 1/2” in width (at the widest point). The earrings swing from sterling silver ear wires. They are signed on the back with my initials and the sterling stamp.
