My venture into the world of soap started when I received a gift of all natural soap and was amazed at how different my skin felt and looked. I have very dry skin and found that all natural soap not only didn't dry my skin out but did the opposite! I dove into research and pursued my desire to create a line of all natural soap and skin products that would actually add moisture and nutrients to the skin.
In my research I discovered that most soaps sold in stores are detergent based soaps that include chemicals which are then absorbed into our skin when we use them.
Here at Oil and Spice, I only carry all natural soap products made with only the most natural oils and skin nourishing ingredients. I use only 100% pure essential oils instead of fragrance oils in keeping with my commitment that the entire product should be all natural.

Since the creation of Oil and Spice I have found that I enjoy not only the soap creating process but also blending signature scents that are delightful and unique. I also love photography and creating my own labels with photos of my products.

My mom has recently joined in the endeavor and crochets beautiful all natural cotton washcloths to compliment the soap.
