We are the Peterson sisters. That is how packratPETE got his name. Here is a little bit about us.

Cindy: I feel blessed to share an Etsy Shop with my only sister who is an inspiration to me. We have a common thread for expressing ourselves through our art as well as support each other through all of lifes dramas. For me, creating art all started when I picked up my first crayon and cut out paper dolls from the McCalls magazine. I was also drawing and planning the perfect dream home for Barbie and Ken while my parents were designing and building their custom homes. Art was my favorite class in school. Throughout many years I have enjoyed creating arts and crafts. It is part of my nature and a very important outlet for my personal expression. In 2007 I moved to Austin to be closer to the beautiful "Hill Country". I am now inspired to recreate my life and to pursue my artistic passion, to imagine new ideas and make them reality. Etsy is a place where I can share my journey with other artists and those who appreciate the world of art.

Chris: I am excited to begin the Etsy project with my sister, she is the driving force behind our Etsy site and is the creative genius. My contribution will be paper crafts and possibly some other projects as we get more experience. I dabble in cross-stitch projects, sewing, and a little knitting/crochet. During the day I provide medical underwriting expertise to life insurance brokers-I have a small home-based business. I have two pre-teenagers who keep me very busy too.
