Meet the Artist:
PassionArt (PA) is an artistic design boutique. PA was first conceived in 2004. Serena, a Philadelphia native, studied Fine Art at Temple University’s Tyler School of Fine Art. She majored in painting and minored in art education. Serena is a visual artist, and a spoken word artist as well. She has been working free-lance in her field for more than a decade.
