I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls, venturing into the crafting world at Etsy. I'm also an online graphic design student, and an avid scrapbooker. I decided to take my two loves and do something productive with it!

PURCHASES & SHIPPPING:
I ship 5 days a week using Canada Post. Your item will be mailed the following day that payment is received, unless otherwise notified.Custom orders take 3-4 days after payment before being shipped. Please be advised that I am not the mailman... sometimes shipping takes awhile :( None of us like it but that's just the way it goes.

RETURNS:
If upon receiving your item (within 5 days) and you are not completely sastisfied. Your money will be refunded once I receive the piece in its original condition (not including Etsy fees or shipping costs).

Personalized items, due to its customized nature, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the personalization mistake is on my end, I will replace the item for free.
