Poigod is a literary magazine run by enthusiastic volunteers with an ethos of inclusion-- everyone is welcome to submit and all publishable media is also welcome. We encourage contributors to take artful risk. The name Poigod follows the alliteration of the word 'agog'-- which means brimming with enthusiastic excitement. Another aspect of the ethos of the magazine.
The first issue includes pieces of humor, lyrical essays, poetry, fiction, flash fiction, photography, fake science papers, comics, and erotica.
The first issue was edited in the Autumn of 2010 and assembled all by hand in Moscow, Idaho.
