Hi and welcome to Pollypoppit! You probably guessed my name is Polly and I design and make beaded jewellery. I live on the beautiful north east coast of Scotland where there’s never any shortage of inspiration from the ever changing sea, land and sky! I guess I was destined to be an arts and crafts kind of person because my mum’s an artist and my dad’s a musician.
I started making jewellery when I was 14, whilst being homeschooled because I was sick. I’m fine now and decided to turn my hobby into a small online business, so I came to Etsy. Check out my blog to see what I’ve been making recently www.pollypoppit.com if you like it – why not subscribe?
Most of items in my shop are jewellery, all handmade and all one- of- a- kind. I like to use semi precious stones, shell and crystal. I also love the vintage look. I just started to make sterling silver jewellery too so keep an eye out for my new work. If the mood takes me I also turn my hand to making other items such as bags (make-up bags, purses, shoppers etc.)
All Jewellery comes gift wrapped in a beautiful customised box.
Pollypoppit cares about the environment and whenever possible products and packaging are made from Fairtrade and recycled materials.
