Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to go to Art School, I never wanted to do anything else - I just loved to draw. When I got to Art School at 17 I developed that love for drawing into jewellery design, but I also had an interest in computer graphics, which in the early 90's was still very new.

Since I had my children, I've been working from home, and developed my interest in photography and computer graphics and mixed that with my love for making things into making notebooks and stationery.

I love notebooks and usually have about three on the go for different things.

I'm inspired by nature, the shapes and silhouettes of trees and flowers, and the colours - especially in autumn and winter. Whenever we go out walking in Scotland I'll take my camera - I usually get left miles behind my husband and children because I'm taking photos of trees!

I take loads of photos, then put them on the computer and change and develop them into the designs you can see in the shop. I print them all on to watercolour card with my professional inkjet printer. The notebooks are filled with cartridge paper so they are perfect for any notes or drawings you need to make through the day.

Everything in my shop is handmade by me, all in-house.
