Queen of Tarts Cakes' cookies are baked fresh daily in California using the finest ingredients in our cookie dough and icing. We are a small boutique baking company and all cookie dough and icing is hand mixed, rolled and cut by our company founder who also does all of our intricate decorating! We have several flavors for you to choose from so that your order is personalized to your taste. We use only pure ingredients and our icing flavor extracts are all natural, never artificial. We do not use preservatives or additives, and we bake to order rather than have stock sitting on a shelf.

We bake your order once payment has been received, and ship within 1 day of order completion. Your cookies are fully insured for breakage. If you find cookies broken which is extremely rare for us as we take great care in packaging our cookies, we can refund you after you photograph the broken cookies and return them to us via Parcel Post in the same packaging within 14 days of receipt. Shipping cost to make returns will be added to your refund. Sorry, we do not make returns on cookies that are not returned to us or that you decide to keep and eat!
