Welcome to Ramies. We try to design clothes that are free-flowing and occasionally have a hint of Chinese tradition. All of our clothes are handmade by me and my family, and we take pride in the quality of our work.

We are a "Collective". We have been a family business since long before we came to Etsy. In total there are five people, but four of us are handle most of the work.

Here's a brief introduction of who we are, and what each of us does:

1) My name is Youran Wang. I studied fashion and design at Donghua university in Shanghai. I create all of the designs and choose the best fabric for each design. I take care of the online business, answering all of your conversations. I send and track shipments.

2) Yuanyuan- My sister, she also helps us take care of the online business, answering questions all of your conversations.

3) Dong Huang- He is a very dedicated tailor. He makes most of shirts and dresses.

4) Xiao Guo- Huang Dong's wife. She helps us finish orders.

5) Kui Zhang - sometimes he helps us with sewing and creating patterns.

I invented the name Ramies. Ramie is a linen fabric which comes from China. It is a little shiny and it is a good fabric for summer wear. I try to use this fabric or a fabric blend in most of my designs.

We all want to sincerely thank you for buying from us. It's wonderful to be able to custom tailor our designs for people all around the world. We like being a small family business, and we're grateful to each of our customers for letting us stay that way. Thank you!

We put a lot of effort into making the best quality clothing available. We intend for these items to last you a long time. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please send us a message immediately, and we'll find a way to resolve the issue.

1. Our policy towards returns is that if we made a mistake, we'll make sure to fix it. We also accept returns if we can't fix it , and will send a refund to the customer so long as the customer sends some pictures to prove it. , but the shipping must be paid by the customer.


Please let us know immediately if there is a problem.

2. If the buyer has a problem with an item because they sent the incorrect size, we will be happy to retailor the item for free. (If it's our mistake, please see above.)

We'll re-tailor any item as long as it's physically possible. But the buyer will have to pay for the shipping here and back (she or he can choose the cheapest option available). Of course, please take careful measurements to avoid this - thanks！

3. Color discrepancies are inevitable buying clothes online. We do our best, but we hope that customers also recognize this, and will be forgiving of slight differences between the photos and the items they receive.

4. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us if they change or cancel their order within 48 hours of placing the order. If a customer wants to change an order they should contact us as soon as they change their mind so we can to see if we can accommodate the desired change. Customers who wish to cancel their order must contact Ramie within 48 hours of placing the order.

5. Ramies is not responsible if you forget about the washing recommendations! 1) Cold water wash 2) Shortest wash time 3) wash separately from other garments 4) Dry on low heat setting.

Ramies is not responsible for customers changing their minds or unclear order descriptions. We will contact the customer if questions remain, but if no response is given within 5 days, we will proceed with creating the items we think are a best fit.
