I am Betti, a nomadic Social Worker living here or there in the world. I did many things in my life such as working in India in slums, in a hospital, a few years later I worked with kids affected by HIV. In the Philippines I worked with street children and kids in prison. As a social worker, I also worked in England with unaccompanied asylum seeker kids and young people.
I also visited many countries and spent some time in New-Zealand, Bolivia and Peru.
At this very moment I am in a gorgeous beach of England in my superb motor home and get inspiration from the sea.
Beside of this beautiful but many times stressful work I found very therapeutic working with wool and silk.
Last year I volunteered in a project for three months in India, and I brought some exclusive and colourful silk fabric and silk saree to make beautiful and unique nuno felted garments.
I found that using silk saree for nuno felting is very unique so you will hardly see it in other shops. All items in my shop are one-of-a-kind, unique.
My priotity is to make high quality, affordable and wearable clothing, in the same time you can feel very special in any of these garments.
Felt making is a fiber art, what you can wear comfortably to amaze people around you!:)
Last summer I wandered around in Europe with my camper van to get new inspirations. I am back and start to list all the item I made in the gorgeous places of Europe!
