As a member of the Artisan Bakers Association, I specialize in gluten free baked products. My aim is to make excellent food that is a pleasure to eat, and is free from gluten.

Long before I was born my Mum discovered that my Dad couldn't boil water with out burning it! She decided that each of their children would learn how to cook and take good care of themselves. When I was young I presented a different challenge to Mum: I wanted to experiment and work out new recipes - often with dreadful results!

Now, I am married to Jen and we have 3 wonderful children. I started developing gluten free recipes when members of our family, including me, became gluten intolerant. My passion is to develop recipes for gluten free food that anyone would be happy to eat and to share with family and friends…

Now, I am married to Jen and we have 3 wonderful children. I started developing gluten free recipes when members of our family, including me, became gluten intolerant. My passion is to develop recipes for gluten free food that anyone would be happy to eat and to share with family and friends.

All the recipes I offer are my own design! I work at getting to know the qualities of each ingredient, and using only those ingredients that make a positive contribution to the recipe. These recipes are best made with fresh, organic ingredients. Each recipe uses only the ingredients that are required. The ingredients lists are not excessive like many 'free on the internet' recipes. You will not find strange, exotic and unnecessary ingredients in these recipes. You can be assured that you are buying recipes that work. I enjoy gardening, woodworking, bush walking in the Australian bush, and cooking as well as reading. I read theology and enjoy opening the Bible with people from many walks of life. Whilst I know the "bread of life" and know that "man doesn't live by bread alone", I understand that bread is an important part of life.
