[ SIZE CHART SHORT-SLEVES TEES ]
these tees run small and are very stretchy, fitted (made from a combination of cotton+spandex, they have NOTHING TO DO with a nnormal, basic cotton tee). When hesitating between 2 sizes, I recommend you go for a size up not to feel too snug in your tee (this is for all short-sleeves tshirts ONLY)

[ BIO : A LITTLE ABOUT ME ]
Rose La Biche (means 'Rose The Doe') is the creative outlet of a French designer based in the heart of Paris - Lucy, me!
I am 35 years old, born and raised in France. I set foot on Californian soil in 2005 where I settled my design studio-showroom in the beautiful city of San Francisco. I spent 5 wonderful years in the US, developping my handcrafted label before coming back home to Paris where I keep on sewing on my American sewing machine!
Having worked as a business executive in the Big Corporate World for a few years, I've always been surprised by how small the offer is for chic, refreshing and unique tshirts to cheer up one's formal wardrobe or to take a simple pair of jeans to a classier level. Creating this apparel line came out of my urge for elegant yet edgy basics as a refreshing alternative to trendy look-alike mass-produced pieces.
I design each new piece with the idea of a balance between 'wow factor' and 'everyday wearable'. Unexpected shapes + sober colors for a clean finish to wear up or down : that's what Rose La Biche is about.
My line is customized and handcrafted in my Paris home-based design studio (pet-free, smoke-free). Limited runs of items allow me to refresh the collection on a regular basis all year long with new designs, shapes or colors. As to handcrafting a consistent apparel line, quality & fit are my 2 main priorities - I work only with the highest quality cotton garments by ethical American Apparel and make sure to test & wash extensively every new tshirt before adding it to the collection + producing it on a larger scale.

[ WHY DO I LOVE TO WORK ON TEES ]
"a t-shirt is the most basic staple of a wardrobe, the most unassuming garment ever. and because it is an everyday basic, we tend to underestimate its elegance potential. that’s exactly what makes the t-shirt interesting to me : as a designer and as a person, I’m always captivated by how simple things of everyday life can suddenly get an unexpected, refreshing appeal by just adding a dash of ‘je-ne-sais-quoi’. collection after collection, I get to constantly reinvent what a casual-chic tee, hoodie or dress is to me." / interview given to Australian Pocketto Magazine, April 2009.
